External Tag generator

The DFP inbuilt tag generator does not give you flexibility to generate various types of Ad tags, and if you’ve to add custom criteria in the tag, you’ve manually refer the the API guide and add it to the tags.

However, you can use the External tag generator, and have your GPT tags built with additional features, viz; Collapse if no Ad, refresh, add custom criteria at general and each Ad Unit level, etc (click on Advanced option found on top left corner of the screen).

You can also generate a quick test page that you can share with others for the tags you’ve generated via the external tag generator (click on Generate Staging after you’ve generated the tags by hitting the Submit button)
